Yesterday I discovered in my gmail that my accounts password was reset. So I reset it back only on the RuneScape site and it had been no problem. I looked in the messages and status to test whether there wasn't any bans or anything if RS gold got botted and was clean. I needed to devote a username and was at tutorial Island and then logged back onto OSRS. This was an accounts had for 10+ years. I even logged on my own account that was RS3 and it is where I left it and totally normal. Is this even normal for a stolen account? Iv seen people recover theirs and receive stats that were increased. Not a complete wipe. Saw my accounts password change. Changed it and went online to me. I'd mid stats.
I actually had an account that I played with my friends for perhaps like a week only messing around on. Several years later I log in to. Tutorial island. I thought it was funny because I swore I had played this account before, it'd my primary username and everything. I'm unsure what happened to the accounts since there was nothing in the email account connected to it.
Your account isnt wiped. You are able to login with the same email/account and start it, although accounts dont transfer from rs3 to osrs so far as such and stats go. In case youre saying that you've been enjoying and have trained already then it sounds like youre just logging into the wrong account. Maybe you thought you used your rs3 acc to log in but you did not. Idk however I do know accounts dont get damaged or reset. Unless you botted and they reset it, but that only occurs if its an old acc that you havent played in forever and desired it unbanned.
