Finally, the condition of the die-cast products must be trimmed to obtain a perfect part. The selection principle of the working temperature of the die-casting mold:
1) The mold temperature is too low, the internal structure of the casting is loose, the air is difficult to exhaust, and it is difficult to form;
2) The mold temperature is too high, and the internal structure of the casting is dense, but the casting is easy to be "welded" and attached to the mold cavity, and the mold is not easy to unload the casting. At the same time, too high temperature will cause the mold itself to expand and affect the dimensional accuracy of the casting.
3) The mold temperature should be selected within a suitable range. Generally, after a suitable test, the constant temperature control is better. The precautions for die casting forming conditions can be simply summarized into the following two aspects:
